ABOUT THE VIDEO:

My goal was to create a video full of effects, transitions, and typography based fully on the character Buffy Summers, from the TV show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Creating effect heavy videos isn’t easy and the first step into creating any type of video is to research which scenes I want to include. I would also choose specific voiceovers and parallel scenes that match each other. I focus on the beats of the song and match scenes and effects where I believe fit well, to create a style and atmosphere for the full video. What I learned with this video project is that it takes lots of time, patience, and learning new techniques to get the final result I want. My role was to take scenes from the TV show and create a video that tells a story while following the lyrics of the chosen song.
